What to include
Four things make a message easy to act on, and the first two matter most:
- The page you were on, pasted as a link
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual
For a missing entry on a character or roster wheel, just name what is missing. That is the most common message we get and the quickest to fix.
The form

Add a privacy line under the submit button, linking to the privacy policy, stating what happens to a submitted email address and how long it is kept.]
Response time
[PLACEHOLDER: A time you will actually meet. "Within a few days" is better than "within 24 hours" if 24 hours is not real. Delete this section rather than promise a time you will miss.]
Things this address cannot help with
Two worth saying up front, so nobody waits for a reply that is not coming.
We cannot recover a wheel you did not save. Lists live in your browser rather than on our servers, so if the tab is gone and you did not share the link to yourself, there is no copy to retrieve.
We cannot tell you who spun a shared wheel or what they got. Nothing about a spin reaches us, which is the same reason the first one applies.
