These terms cover your use of wheel-names.com. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be readable, and nothing in them is hidden in a clause designed to be skipped.

4. Your lists and wheels
Whatever you type into a wheel is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and because it stays in your browser rather than on our servers, we hold no copy of it. See the privacy policy for how that works.
You are responsible for what you put on a wheel. That matters most in two situations: entering other people's names, particularly children's, and running a draw where a prize is at stake.
We have no ability to recover a list you have lost, because we never had it.
5. Shared wheels
When you share a wheel, the list is encoded into the link. Anyone who holds that link can open it and read the list, and links can be forwarded beyond whoever you sent them to.
Treat a shared wheel as public. Do not share a wheel containing anything you would not put on a public page, including personal data about other people.
6. Embedding

We may change or withdraw the embed at any time, which would affect any page using it.
7. Draws, prizes and decisions
This is a random picker, nothing more. What you do with a result is your responsibility.
If you run a prize draw, raffle or giveaway using this site, you are the organiser. Prize draws and raffles are regulated differently in different places, and some require registration, published rules or a licence. Check what applies where you are. We are not a party to your draw and we do not warrant that using this site satisfies any legal requirement that applies to it.
The same principle covers everything else. A wheel result is not advice, and decisions made after a spin are yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. That includes lost lists, lost data, a disputed draw result, a decision made on the strength of a spin, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
